Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 7 days of the delivery date (having consumed no more than one of any product) for a full refund.

To return an order, you must give us notice within 7 calendar days of receiving your order by using the form located on the contact page.You will be given a unique reference code and the delivery address to which you must return the order. 

It is recommended that you send the returned package to us using a signature based delivery service to ensure its safe, speedy delivery. 

Within 7 calendar days of receiving your returned order, it will be confirmed that it meets the criteria as detailed above. A full refund will then be issued to your card together with, upon the production of a receipt, any postage costs incurred within 28 calendar days. 

Our Returns Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
